确认云台已开机并展开支架；iPhone 打开蓝牙和 NFC，解锁后停在主屏； 用 iPhone 顶部的 NFC 区域轻触云台上的 NFC 标记。仍然连不上，长按云台的扳机 + 快门约 3 秒重置蓝牙后重试。 首次连上之后，以后装上手机会自动重连。

先看云台上的扳机（跟随键）。扳机关闭时云台会拒绝一切运动指令，屏幕上会出现橙色提示条， 按一下扳机即可恢复。另外请不要接 AI 跟踪模块，它会自己驱动云台，和 App 的运镜指令冲突。

按顺序确认三件事：Apple Watch 上已安装并打开「运镜助手」；在手表上点了「开始记录心率」并同意了健康权限； iPhone 上的 App 在前台。三步都做了还是没有，在 iPhone 的设置里检查「健康」权限是否已授权给手表 App。

这是设计如此。运镜时长指的是云台移动的时间，停留不算在内。 所以全程 = 运镜时长 + 所有停留之和，待机页上会直接把这笔账写出来。

心率是录像停止之后才合成进画面的，这一步需要一点时间。如果在合成完成前把手机从云台上取下、 或者切走了 App，合成会中断——原片仍会保存，只是不带心率。

所有支持 Apple DockKit 的云台都能用，认准商品页或包装上的「Works with Apple DockKit」标识。

大多是时间不够：同一条路径点位越远，需要的运镜时长越长，把时长调大一档再试。 如果 App 提示某根轴"撞到边界"，说明那个角度云台到不了，重新记一下那个点位。

Make sure the gimbal is powered on and unfolded, Bluetooth and NFC are enabled on your iPhone, and the phone is unlocked. Tap the top of your iPhone against the NFC mark on the gimbal. If it still fails, hold the gimbal's trigger + shutter for about 3 seconds to reset Bluetooth, then retry.

Check the trigger (tracking button) on the gimbal. While it is off, the gimbal rejects all motion commands and the app shows an orange banner — press the trigger once to restore control. Also, don't attach an AI tracking module: it drives the gimbal on its own and conflicts with the app.

Check three things in order: the Spotter app is installed and open on your Apple Watch; you tapped "Start recording heart rate" and granted Health access; the iPhone app is in the foreground.
